  • How Does The YuSocial PRO Plan Work?

    The PRO Plan gives you access to more YuSocial features like:

    • Getting your profile featured prominently on the PRO Members section
    • The ability to boost your profile posts and have it displayed at the top of the newsfeed
    • The ability to boost your page posts and have it displayed at the top of the newsfeed
    • Getting notified when someone visits your profile
    • The option to show/hide your online availability status
    • Getting a verified badge
  • What Does The Number Of Posts and Pages Mean?

    The number of posts represents how many profile and page posts you have access to boost, to get displayed at the top of the general feed within the allowed duration set on the PRO plan you choose.

    The number of pages represents how many pages you can boost to be prominently displayed across the YuSocial network.

    Choosing an appropriate PRO plan gives you access to display your best content and pages across the YuSocial network.

  • How Does The Free Impressions From NG Adverts Work?

    The NG Adverts Ad Network is our sister company. When anyone subscribes to an appropriate PRO plan, we also create an ad for the user from NG Adverts, driving traffic to his/her YuSocial page or profile. Ads on NG Adverts are displayed on high traffic news and entertainment websites.

    So, the number of impressions we assign, will depend on the plan the user has subscribed to. Once the assigned impressions are exhausted, the user's ads on NG Adverts will stop running.

  • Apart From The PRO Plans, Can I Run Ads With Different Targeting?

    Yes you can. To run ads that display in-feed and on other pages on YuSocial, visit the Advertsing menu .


  • How Does The YuSocial Market Work?

    The YuSocial Market is a unique ecommerce service that runs on an escrow model; in other words, we don’t run delivery logistics for vendors or buyers.

    When a buyer places an order for a product or service from the market, the payment is held securely by YuSocial and the Vendor is notified that s/he has an order to fulfill.

    Once the Vendor fulfills the order and the buyer marks the transaction as Completed, our system automatically releases the funds (less our fees) to the vendor, which can now be withdrawn to their bank accounts.

  • What Can I Sell In The YuSocial Market?

    You can sell both physical products and services in the YuSocial Marketplace.
