Once the seller fulfills the order and the buyer confirms that all is in order, the Buyer now marks the transaction as completed and the Seller automatically receives his money (less the platform fees) in his wallet for withdrawal.

It is that simple!

If the buyer does not receive the product or what was ordered is not was delivered, the buyer can ask for a refund.

If the Seller kept to his/her part of the transaction and the Buyer is still asking for a refund, a case can be filed where YuSocial mediates between the parties by going through the evidence of the transaction.
